At Jewels Al Arab, we take pride in crafting beautiful, customized jewellery that reflects your unique taste. Your satisfaction is our priority. Please review our Return and Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Customized Jewellery – No Returns or Refunds
Due to the personalized nature of our products, custom-made jewellery items are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error made by our team.
2. Manufacturing Defects or Damage
If you receive an item that is:

Damaged during shipping

Incorrect (not as per your confirmed order)
Please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item. We will require:

Your order number

Photos/videos of the product showing the defect/damage

Unboxing video (if possible)
Once reviewed and approved, we will offer:

Replacement (if applicable)

Store credit (if replacement is not available)
3. Cancellation Policy
Orders for customized jewellery cannot be cancelled once production has started. If cancellation is requested within 12 hours of placing the order, and production has not yet started, we may be able to accommodate your request.
4. Exchange Policy
We do not offer exchanges on customized items unless it’s due to a confirmed defect. Standard size rings/bracelets cannot be exchanged for resizing, so please ensure accurate measurements before ordering.
5. Refund Method (If Applicable)
If a refund is approved due to exceptional circumstances:
