  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that all provided details (sizes, spelling for name engravings, etc.) are accurate.

2. Payment Terms

  • Full payment is required in advance to confirm the order.

  • Payments must be made through approved and secure channels.

  • We are not responsible for delays due to incomplete or failed payments.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship within UAE and internationally via trusted courier partners.

  • Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary depending on order complexity, location, and customs processing.

  • Jewels Al Arab is not liable for delays caused by courier companies or customs clearance.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • Customized jewellery is non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of proven manufacturing defects.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, photos, content, and branding on our website and social media belong to Jewels Al Arab.

  • No one may copy, reproduce, or reuse our content or designs without written permission.

6. Product Images & Variations

  • Product images shown online are for reference. Minor differences in color, finish, or size may occur due to lighting, screen resolution, and the handmade nature of customized jewellery.

  • Customers understand and accept these variations when placing an order.

7. Privacy

  • Your personal information is protected and handled according to our Privacy Policy.

  • We never sell or misuse customer data.

8. Legal Jurisdiction

  • All transactions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

  • Any dispute arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dubai, UAE.
